A large part of our attention is paid to ceremonies, improving our 40 years experience and updating
ourselves year by year. Our ceremonies start with a rich buffet in the garden and near the outdoor
swimming-pool, setting up different “areas”: cold cuts, cheeses, cornmeal mush with various condiments, raw fish, grilled and boiled fish, “bruschette”, snacks. Everything is accompanied with local wines and other wine brands.
Then the ceremony moves inside the restaurant, where you can taste all the main courses with delights strictly hand-made (from noodles to all stuffed pasta). It continues with the second courses: local meat (steer, “manzarda” of Marche, lamb of Fabriano and
a good selection of courtyard animals) and a large variety of fish from the Adriatic Sea. All is combined with side dishes.
Finally, the ceremony moves outside again where a large buffet of desserts is prepared, fruits, coffee and several after-meal liqueurs.
